Workload Overload : Recourse Available

Unfortunately, workload overload is a reality for many STTRC members. This is not acceptable. It is therefore important to seek help when, despite your interventions with your managers, the situation persists.

The Joint Workload Committee was created for this reason. Its objective is to find lasting solutions and improve the daily lives of members.

It is composed of union and management representatives and is mandated to analyze and investigate situations reported through a form completed by members. It then submits recommendations and ensures follow-up.

Several cases handled in recent months have led to concrete improvements in working conditions. Therefore, do not hesitate to take advantage of this mechanism.
